This pre-information notice has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the consumer prior to the conclusion of a distance sales contract.

The products offered for sale consist of limited edition design products and furniture forming part of the Seller’s collections, which are not held in ready stock and are manufactured upon order. Essential product information (product description, sale price and applicable taxes) is provided to the consumer at the order stage.

The sale price is the amount indicated at the time of order and is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT and any other applicable statutory taxes shall be added to the sale price and charged to the consumer. Payment shall be made as 100% advance payment, prior to the commencement of production, through the Seller’s website, by credit card and/or debit card, via the infrastructure of the payment service provider iyzico.

In distance sales, delivery shall be effected via the carrier designated by the Seller to the delivery address provided by the consumer. Delivery shall be deemed completed upon the actual physical delivery of the products to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

In distance sales, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the products are delivered to the consumer or to the third party designated by the consumer. However, in the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer shall be liable for any diminution in value of the products arising from the stage of production reached, as the products are not kept in ready stock and are manufactured upon order as limited edition items. The rules governing the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the application of diminution in value are set out in the distance sales contract.

Except in cases of defective goods, returns or exchanges are not accepted. The consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain reserved.

The consumer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this pre-information notice prior to the conclusion of the distance sales contract.
