Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• For distance sales, Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to a third party designated by them.

Value Reduction for Made-to Order Pieces

• All Marāu pieces are made-to-order and produced in limited editions. As production begins shortly after an order is placed and involves non-recoverable materials, craftsmanship, and planning costs, the Customer acknowledges responsibility for any loss in value if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

• In case of withdrawal, a value reduction may apply depending on the production stage at the time of cancellation:

– Up to 75% of the product price if production has started.

– Up to 90% of the product price if production has been completed or the piece is ready for shipment.

• The applicable value reduction will be determined based on the production stage at the time the withdrawal request is received.

Returns & Exchanges

• Except in cases of defective products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

• If a product is believed to be defective, the Customer must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery. Claims will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, and Marāu’s responsibility is limited to the legal remedies provided under such laws.
