Delivery Terms

• Full payment of the purchase price is a prerequisite for the initiation of production or shipment. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, the Seller will commence the production or dispatch process.

• For made-to-order and limited edition pieces, the estimated delivery time ranges between 4–8 weeks. The exact production timeline will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

• All shipments are handled through contracted professional courier and logistics partners. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

• Marāu pieces are carefully prepared with protective packaging to preserve their surfaces and handcrafted details. Reinforced packaging may be applied when necessary.

• Each limited edition piece is delivered with its signed and individually numbered certificate of authenticity.

• We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, an official damage report must be issued by the courier at the time of receipt.
