2. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification and without being subject to any penalty.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • For service contracts: On the date the contract is concluded.

  • For goods delivery contracts: On the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract until the delivery of the goods.

     

     

Conditions for Exercise:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within the 14-day period via the phone or e-mail address provided above. Furthermore, the product must not fall under the “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal” as defined in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette on 27.11.2014.

Return Process:

The products must be returned to the SELLER within 10 (ten) days from the date the withdrawal request is communicated. Products must be returned in their original box, packaging, and with all certificates, promotional gifts, accessories, and gift vouchers, complete and undamaged.

Important Note: If any of these materials are missing or damaged (even if caused by the carrier), the value of the missing/damaged material will be deducted from the refund amount. The designated carrier for returns under this right is DHL.

3. EXCEPTIONS (EXCLUSIONS)

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • a) Goods prepared in accordance with the consumer’s specific requests or personal needs. Specifically: custom productions in non-standard colors, special ring sizes, custom necklace/bracelet lengths, or any post-delivery modifications made at the BUYER’s request.

  • b) Goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the SELLER’s control.

  • c) Perishable goods or goods that may expire quickly.

  • d) Goods whose protective elements (packaging, seal, etc.) have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.

  • e) Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • f) Books, digital content, and computer consumables if the protective elements have been opened.

  • g) Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (other than subscription agreements).

  • h) Contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure activities for a specific date or period.

  • i) Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly.

  • j) Services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
